General conditions of sale

PRESENTATION: The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests displaying noisy or improper behavior, as well as those whose conduct is contrary to good morals and public order. An identity document is required to verify your identity.

 

THE RECEPTION declines any responsibility for your luggage or items left in public areas.

PAYMENT: The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival. We accept: company checks or holiday vouchers, the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, and cash. We ask that anyone staying in our establishment present an identity document upon arrival. In the event that you are unable to provide this document, we would be compelled to deny your request for room rental.

A deposit of €150 (to be deposited by credit card or in cash) per stay is required upon the client’s arrival, which is automatically retained in case of non-compliance with the hotel’s internal regulations.

IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF STAY: no refund will be made. Similarly, in the event of early departure, the entire stay is due. Early departures cannot under any circumstances be refunded.

 

NON-PRESENTATION: is considered as the effective occupation of the room.

CANCELLATION:

  • For individual reservations, any cancellation must reach us 48 hours before the arrival date for individual stays (excluding special conditions set by our partners). After this period, the reservation is due. Non-presentation is considered as the effective occupation of the room.
  • For group reservations, a 50% deposit is no longer refundable two months before the start of the stay, and the balance is no longer refundable one month before the start of the stay.

The 14-day withdrawal period governed by the Consumer Code does not apply to hotel accommodation services. Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

TELEPHONE SOLICITATION: In accordance with the provisions of Article L223-2 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that he has the possibility to register for free on a telephone solicitation opposition list if he does not wish to be subject to commercial prospecting by telephone. This list is accessible via the following website: www.bloctel.gouv.fr

TOURIST TAX: not included in the price of the reservation, is in force in the municipality. It is payable on site.

ACCESS TO ROOMS: Rooms are available FROM 2:00 pm and must be vacated by 12:00 pm. Please note that in case of late departure, the extra time will be charged at €20 per hour. If you wish to keep the room for an additional night, payment for the room must be made before 11:00 am, subject to availability. Furthermore, your room is intended for a specific number of people; to ensure the hotel’s safety rules, you must not accommodate additional people under any circumstances. Please ensure that your room door is properly closed before leaving the room or going to bed.

PROHIBITIONS: We remind you that smoking is prohibited in all public places since January 2, 2008. It is also strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort (non-compliance will result in a €150/stay indemnity to restore the room to its original condition). It is prohibited to use gas appliances in the rooms, for example: Stove, etc…

PETS: Pets are allowed but subject to conditions: weighing less than 10 kg, to be kept on a leash in all common areas of our establishment. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and must not be left alone in the room.

BREAKFAST: is served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am throughout the week in the designated room.

DAMAGE: We ask you to respect the premises and the decoration of your room. In the event of a problem or damage to the furniture in the room, the client will be held liable. Similarly, please note that any missing items (towels, pillows, etc…) or damaged after your stay in the room will be automatically charged to you. During your stay, a key will be given to you for free access to your room. In case of loss, the replacement will be charged at the current rate.

NUISANCES: For the respect of the rest of other guests, please avoid making too much noise particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or an animal under their responsibility may lead the hotelier to ask the client to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measures, as long as the noise generated is likely to disturb the tranquility of the clientele (art. R.1334-30 and R;1334-31 of the Public Health Code). A hotel room is a place of rest. All business is strictly prohibited.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS: of the hotel apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the particular conditions and the internal regulations of the hotel.

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CLIENT WITH ANY OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGED TO ASK THE CLIENT TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT, WITHOUT ANY INDEMNITY.

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT: For any complaint regarding a hotel reservation, the Hotel Management is at your disposal via the “Contact us” section of the hotel website: https://paris-hotel-clichy.com or by post: 3 rue Henri Poincaré, 92110 Clichy-la-garenne.

Furthermore, the consumer is informed that they can file a complaint via the European platform for the settlement of disputes, accessible via the following website:
