Rules of procedure

Dear customers,

In order to ensure that everyone’s stay is in the best possible conditions, we ask you to find hereafter our Rules of Procedure. 

GENERALITES:

The hotel’s rules of procedure apply to all reservations.  Any stay results in acceptance of the hotel’s special conditions and rules of procedure. 

The customer agrees and undertakes to comply with the said Regulation, the provisions of which apply both to himself and to all the persons accompanying him in his stay.

In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of this Regulation, the hotel will be obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment immediately without any compensation or restitution of security.  He will also be able to refuse any future reservation.

HOME:   

The hotelier to the freedom not to receive customers whose dress is indecent and/or neglected, whose face is intended to conceal the face (Law N ° 2010-1192 of October 11, 2010), having noisy or incorrect and/or alcohol behaviour as well as  Clients whose behaviour is contrary to morality and public order.

The customer is courteous and respectful of the hotel staff.  Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to file a complaint.

The client refrains from verbal or physical violence, any behaviour or sexual, racist, anti-Semitic, homophobic, or any form of harassment. 

In order to verify the identity of any person staying at the hotel, a valid identification will be required at check-in;  As well as a fact sheet to be completed at the reception.

The establishment does not accept unaccompanied minors by their legal representative.

THE RECEPTION: 

The reception is open 24/24 and 7/7. 

PAYMENT: 

We accept the following means of payment: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ANCV, species.  On application for a stay: 

  • For individual bookings, they are considered firm only after they have provided a bank loan.
  • For group bookings (more than 6 rooms), a deposit of 50 % must be made at least two months before the start of the stay, and the balance must be paid no later than one month before the start of the stay.

 

Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation and must be paid separately and directly from the hotel. 

The visitor’s tax is not included in the price of the reservation and is payable on site.  It is due by major person and by night, at the rate in force at the time of stay

Surety equal to the amount of the reservation of the first night  (filed by bank card or species) p Ar stay is requested upon arrival of the customer.  This is automatically kept in case of non-compliance with the hotel’s rules of procedure.

The hotel reserves the right to deduct the amount of consumption not declared at the start.

CANCELLATION: 

  • For individual bookings, all cancellations must be made 48 hours before the date of arrival for individual stays (excluding special conditions set up by our partners). After this period, the reservation of the first night is due. 
  • For group bookings, advance payments and balances remain at the hotel and are no longer refundable after their remittance due date.

 

The 14-day right of withdrawal governed by the Consumer Code does not apply in the context of hotel accommodation benefits (Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code).

NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION: 

The non-presentation is considered effective in the room for the first night.

Delays in arrival or early departures may not result in a refund;  The stay is then due in its entirety. 

Also, the customer is informed that l Hotel has the possibility to re-open the room without delay under the following conditions: 

  • Cancellation by the customer;
  • Modification of the reservation by the customer;
  • Non-submission of client;
  • Customer error when making reservation (dates, quantity of rooms, type of room).

 

ARRIVEE, ACCES TO ROOMS AND DEPART: 

Access to the rooms is available from 14:00.  They must be released before 12:00.

Attention, in case of late departure, each additional hour is charged 20 € . 

Any request for late departure must be made to the reception before the day before departure.

If you wish to keep the room for an additional night, payment of the room must be made before 11:00, subject to availability.

Your room is scheduled for a number of people: to ensure the hotel’s safety rules, you must not in any case host any additional people.  Babies and infants count for one person.

The customer may not enter into the room any third persons not known by the hotel without authorization from the hotel.  

During your stay, a key will be given to you allowing free access to your room.  It cannot be entrusted to a third party and must be returned on the day of departure.  In case of loss or non-restitution, the recapitalization will be charged to the current rate.

Daily cleaning of the rooms is carried out by the hotel staff, unless specifically requested by the customer.

The rooms available to our guests are checked, functional and in good condition.  Our guests are invited to report immediately at the reception of the hotel any non-compliance/disorder noted.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS: 

Children are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians throughout the institution.  It is forbidden to leave them unattended in the room.

At the request of the customer, the hotel can provide a baby cot, subject to availability.  The maximum number of baby beds in the room is 1. 

ANIMALS: 

Animals are accepted at the current rate (available at the reception or on our website).  They must not exceed the weight of 10 kg, must be kept on a leash in all the common areas of our establishment.  For reasons of hygiene, animals are not allowed in the breakfast room (except for guide dogs for the blind or for assistance) and should not be left unattended.  The owners are responsible for their animal, especially in the case of degradation.

BREAKFAST: 

Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 10:00 in the room provided for this purpose or, on request, on the terrace, in the room or in takeaway, at the rate in force (available at the reception or on our website).

THE DETENTE SPACE: 

The sauna is open from 10:00 to 00:00, on reservation, at the current rate (available at the reception or on our website).

The gym is open from 07:00 to 22:00, upon reservation (free access).

PROHIBITIONS: 

We remind you that the smoking ban has been in effect in all public places since 02 January 2008.  Smoking is also absolutely prohibited in the rooms and in the common areas of the establishment for obvious reasons of safety and comfort.  The removal of fire detection equipment is strictly prohibited for the same reasons cited above.  It is also forbidden to use gas appliances in the rooms (example: stove, etc.).

It is strictly forbidden to introduce into the rooms and any part of the establishment of illicit and/or dangerous objects or substances (its).

NUISANCES, DEGRADATIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

For the respect and rest of the other guests, please do not lock the doors or make any noise, especially between 22:00 and 07:00.  Any neighbourhood noise related to the behaviour of a customer, an attendant or an animal under his or her responsibility, may cause the hotel operator to contact the police and invite the customer to leave the hotel without the need for  Acoustic measures, since the noise generated is such as to affect the tranquillity of the clientele (art.  R. 1334-30 and R. 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). 

Baggage in public spaces is under the supervision and full responsibility of their owner, including in case of baggage left at the reception.  The responsibility of the hotel cannot be incurred in the event of loss or theft of personal effects from the customer. 

A hotel room is a place of rest.  All trade is strictly prohibited. 

In general, any damage or nuisance, whether caused voluntarily or not, in the room or in the various spaces occupied during the stay, must be paid in full by the person who reserved the room.

Thus, the hotel reserves the right to invoice to the customer the cost of repairing or replacing materials, objects or furniture belonging to the hotel, damaged or missing, even in the event of a finding after the departure of the customer.

The corresponding amount will be debited on the customer’s credit card used at the time of booking.  An invoice may be provided upon request.

In case of damage or nuisance having repercussions in rooms of other customers, the reimbursement of the nights of the other customers will be required.

The hotel will apply the cleaning service if the room is left in an unthinkable state.  In case of deterioration of carpet, bedding, box, the hotel will require the reimbursement of the damage with a minimum package of 1500 € for a restoration and for the inability to be able to release the room. 

TELEPHONE DEMARAGE:   In accordance with the provisions of Article L223-2 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that he has the opportunity to register for free on a list of opposition to the telephone market if he does not wish to be the subject of  Commercial prospecting by telephone.  This list can be accessed through the following site: www.bloctel.gouv.fr
